Call Center Representative

Location: Tucker, GA

50Floor, Inc. is looking for a team oriented Part-Time Call Center Representative for our headquarters office in Tucker, GA. This position will primarily accept incoming calls to schedule appointments or answer other miscellaneous questions regarding flooring and installations.

The right fit for this position will have a pleasant, friendly and clear voice, communicate well on the phone and with various personality types, great attention to detail and be motivated by being a front-line key support representative of the company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide a courteous and professional experience for internal and external customers via telephone communication
  • Represent the company with a positive demeanor at all times via telephone with clients, third party business partners, and company staff
  • Promptly answer incoming calls from 9 or more service markets
  • Direct incoming calls/emails to appropriate departments/locations
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding the company and the company’s sales process
  • Schedule appointments for customer estimates with contract staff per pre-identified schedule parameters
  • Return emails or place outgoing calls in response to emails received
  • Enter call information, customer data, appointments, notes, etc. in company tracking system as well as company client database in a timely manner
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints; identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate parties
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, and other administrative support duties assigned
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Speak with a clear and professional voice
  • Ability to interact well with various personality types
  • Customer-oriented approach and desire to assist others (internal and external customers)
  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting customer expectations
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to accurately type 35 WPM
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment or equivalent, preferably in the home improvement industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Availability for evening shift M-F, with flexibility to potentially work weekends and holidays
